FAMILY PETITION

This train of logic explains why America's healing will require public proclamation of the truths which Americans are most reluctant to face, why not even "the plan of salvation" can heal America, and what sort of proclamations are necessary.

This is not an ordinary 100-word petition designed to collect votes for a position which has already been explained elsewhere. These truths, and their explanations, are designed to heal the families who proclaim them, and to gradually rebuild America.

Read on at the risk of your own discomfort. But pray for the courage to judge these truths, not by whether they are new, but by whether they are true. Not by whether they make you wince, but by whether they convince.

SKIMMERS: The text is boldfaced in such a way that if you read only the boldfacing, you can get a quick overview of the meat of this document.

We, the undersigned, declare:

1. BELOVED LIES HAVE SICKENED OUR LAND, AND ONLY HATED TRUTHS CAN HEAL IT.

We are willing to publicly proclaim the most controversial truths we can prove, because we understand that to be truly controversial, a truth has to be uncomfortable -- it has to be the sort of truth that people resist -- that people don't want to face. We know that when we overcome resistance to truth -- love of lies -- where it is strongest, healing truth will then pour in where resistance is less.

We understand that resistance to truth is resistance to the truth about what one should do and think. It is resistance to the authority of Truth over everyday life.

We pledge to be prepared to back up our claims, even though we realize the more irrefutable our uncomfortable claim, the more controversial we will become.

(When our claims are easily refuted, they are easily dismissed, and not even thought of as "controversial", but only as "ignorant". Of course, Americans commonly dismiss irrefutable truth and swallow lies, without checking anything. But healing will come through people who still think. For these, we will be ready to back up our claims.)

We pledge not to exclude, from what we proclaim, that which can be proved about God, and the authority of His Word. (Resource: For a condensed catalog of scientific scrutiny of Biblical claims, see Josh McDowell's "Evidence that Demands a Verdict".)

Because whatever can be verified about God's intentions regarding an issue can hardly be considered irrelevant to what we should do and think about it. Can you successfully launch a man into space if you consider the laws of gravity irrelevant? Then how can you create a successful sex education program if you consider God's laws about sex irrelevant?

Resistance to the truth, to the extent of resistance to all truths that are given by God, is a commitment to ignorance great enough to make a dunce of the brightest genius.

We pledge to laugh at the absurdity of such fanatical resistance to the Truth. Out loud. Not because we lack sophistication, but because laughter is appropriate. The appropriate response to a physical attack is a physical defense; the appropriate response to an intellectual attack is an intellectual defense; the appropriate response to absurdity is laughter. (Psalms 2:2)

We pledge to proclaim more than some generalized "Plan of Salvation" which accepts the "right", of idol worshippers to lie, as equal to the right of Christians to tell the truth. We will laugh at and expose their lack of authority, their ignorance of what they are talking about.

We pledge to proclaim more than a mere generalized "Gospel" which fails to challenge the behavior making us see America as cracked and bleeding. We will not wait for people to be "saved, and then they will know what to do" about their behavior. We have seen too many loved ones who are "saved", but who still don't know "what to do". We will take a stand on those very issues and behaviors over which the most people reject God's authority to tell them what to do and think.

Psalms 2:2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

2. WE CANNOT LOVE EACH OTHER IF WE DO NOT LOVE GOD.

If Families will not love God, who loved us so much He gave us life, and then gave His own life so that we might choose eternal life in Heaven, how true can our love be for humans whose love is far less perfect? Yet mere discussion of God's love is resisted within families! We resist talk of God because it leads to what God wants us to do. But God demands of us far less than family! For example, God tells us to be faithful to our spouse, but our spouse tells us, not only to be faithful, but to wash the dishes! God asks less of us than our loved ones do, while doing more for us! So if our hearts are too hard to love God, how will they ever soften enough to love each other?

Of course, if for "love" we accept being kind only as long as there's something in it for us physically or financially, then even the worst sinners can "love" each other while they hate God. (Matthew 5:43-48) But if by "love" we demand "for better or worse" -- willingness to sacrifice self for others (John 15:13), even when others don't seem to "deserve" very much love -- such love is probably impossible without the experience of accepting God's perfect love, and of appreciating its contrast with our own terrible sins. The more we discern this contrast, the more grateful we are, (Luke 7:36-50), which makes us wish we could "repay" God by loving as we are loved, forgiving as we are forgiven. Our "re-payment", we being human, is always far short of what we were "paid". Therefore when the source of our love is only human, so that the love we are "paid" is meager, the "repayment" to which it will inspire us will be little. That is why human love is not enough to fill us with love; That is why only God's love can fill our families with love, making our family close; That is why we have to be as free as possible to talk about God's love with each other, and help each other receive and appreciate God's love.

Matthew 5:43. Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more [than others]? do not even the publicans so? 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. (KJV)

Luke 7:36 And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to meat. 37 And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that [Jesus] sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment, 38 And stood at his feet behind [him] weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe [them] with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed [them] with the ointment. 39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw [it], he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman [this is] that toucheth him: for she is a sinner. 40 And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on. 41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty. 42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most? 43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that [he], to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged. 44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped [them] with the hairs of her head. 45 Thou gavest me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet. 46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment. 47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, [the same] loveth little. 48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven. 49 And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also? 50 And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.

3. FAMILIES ARE ENDANGERED BY NOT TALKING WITH EACH OTHER ABOUT GOD'S LOVE.

We have to talk about God's Love because it is a matter of life and death. Without the love given by God, which we discern by studying God's Word, our friends, neighbors, and even family have proven incapable of mustering even enough self-sacrificing love to keep from killing their very own unborn babies! Or to keep from killing their very own grandparents whose uncovered medical bills start to soar! Or to keep from killing their very own parents whose big inheritance would be fun to spend! Even for our very own beloved spouse, the One we thought we would love more than anybody else in the whole wide world...without God's love, (sometimes even with it, we being so human), and because we vainly expected of human love what can only be given by God, the "love" in our hearts so easily changes to murder in our hearts!

WE HAVE A LEGITIMATE REASON FOR BRINGING THIS UP: SELFISHNESS.
Christians who try to talk to others about God, or abortion, or euthanasia, are accustomed to being told, "two things you should never talk about are religion and politics"..."I have the right to choose my own religion"..."I have the right to do what I choose with my own body". And finally, "mind your own business!", as if concern for the murder of others is not an acceptable reason to start a discussion, much less take action; one may only be concerned about murder if it is his own business. Well, (message to family:) it is! YOU MISSED YOUR CHANCE TO KILL ME BY ABORTION, BUT YOU MIGHT STILL BE ABLE TO KILL ME BY EUTHANASIA! So if the self-centered concern for self preservation is a legitimate reason for me to demand your attention to this issue, then consider my bringing it up legitimate! I don't want you to kill me! I want to feel safe with you! I want to trust you! Not just now, but always. I don't just want you to give me some verbal assurance of how you feel now, which might change later. I want to be confident that your love is undying; that you have been adequately inoculated against murder by God's Love. I know that I cannot trust any human as much as I can trust God, but I want to be able to trust you as much as I trust any human, and how can I do that if I cannot talk with you to know what is on your heart?

4. NO FAMILY CAN BE SAFE, WITH EACH OTHER, WHICH PROTECTS ONLY EACH OTHER.

It is impossible to love just our families, because love which is selective isn't love. With selective "love", people can and do get tired of their current selection, and choose to select someone else. Only unconditional love, offered even to the unlovely, the undeserving, the ungrateful, can enable parents to love their children, or children to love their parents, or husbands and wives to love each other, even when they become, momentarily or indefinitely, unlovely, undeserving, and ungrateful.

Unconditional love can be inspired only by the realization of God's unconditional love, and how it was poured out upon us at our unloveliest, our undeservingest, our ungratefulest.

If we take steps to protect only our family, our love is not unconditional, and our families are not safe from us. Love strong enough to protect our families will work and pray for change in the laws of the land so society can tell a mother not to kill her very own children, children not to kill their very own parents, and doctors not to kill their very own patients! Mother Theresa said, "If we cannot tell a mother not to kill her very own child, how can we tell anyone else not to kill each other?" If we allow murderous laws to stand, not only will our courts wink at violent crime, and not only do we forfeit the love we need for our own self preservation within our families, but we fall prey to legal and economic societal pressures which further tempt our hateful impulses. Doctors come under pressure to warn us how much it will cost us not to murder our babies! Insurance companies and lawyers add up for us how much the bills will climb, and our inheritance diminish, if we do not murder our parents!

All these reactions are, of course, subject to change of heart, change of mind, and change of life experience.

Heart. One bent on murder may see the Image of God before him, and this time not harden his heart again, but reverence it. (Just as one committed to life may let his emotions run wild, and turn against God, and kill.)

Mind. One whose world view justifies murder may not have a consistent, logical worldview: so that he may declare it right to kill his daughter but wrong to kill his aged mother; or vice versa. He may even be shocked that anyone would question the right to kill your unborn daughter, and just as shocked that anyone could think of killing their aged mother, and never notice the inconsistency. He may be not only illogical, but determined to resist challenges to his assumptions. Or it may be that his thought system was assembled hastily, so that his conviction is not deep, and he has not invested pride in his conclusions, and finds a well-thought out challenge to them interesting.

Experience. Throughout life we experience the consequences of thoughts. We experience done to us what we have done to others. We receive glimpses of Heaven, and of Hell, and we are invited to choose. We are compelled to choose. Some harden their hearts and step towards Hell. Some repent and turn to God. ~

Although these principles are subject to human irrationality and spiritual shallowness, so that one's doctrines do not positively control one's actions, they are a very great influence. Human irrationality is not a reason for despair, but for hope! When murderous doctrines are the result of irrationality, that means they are not the result of a conscious determination to serve Hell! There is hope! With the right message, and the persistent love capable of outwaiting resistance, murderous doctrines are often healed and lives saved!

5. FAMILIES EARN TRUST WHEN THEY PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO GOD'S LOVE LAWS, AND VIOLATE MAN'S HATE LAWS.

History is pockmarked with hatred of various groups of people. Blacks, Jews, unborn, elderly, handicapped, Samaritans. God commands us, in the familiar Parable of the Good Samaritan, (Luke 10:29-37), to love the lowest of the low, the scum of the earth, as much as we love our very own selves!

(The Samaritans of Jesus' time were Israelites who had, in violation of Moses' laws, intermarried with their pagan, idol-worshipping neighbors -- losing not only their physical racial identity, but what was important to God, their spiritual identity. When Jesus carried on a conversation with not only a Samaritan, but a woman, He broke the law. (John 4:9)

Hatred is eventually codified in a nation's laws. Hitler's extermination of Jews and cripples and troublesome Christians was legal. The torture and extermination of Christians by Communism and Islam is legal. Slavery in the American South was legal. Slavery in China today, which produces bargains for us and revenues for the Chinese military, is legal. The capture and slavery of Black Sudanese Christians, by Black and Arab Sudanese Moslems, is legal. Child sacrifice in pagan cultures was legal. Abortion throughout the world today is legal. It is not enough to not be the one holding the knife. If we protest Hate Laws against any group less loudly than we would if we were the one being murdered, just because murder is The Law, we not only disobey Luke 10:37, but our own family members will fear us when our government eventually decides to target them; for example, as our government decides to support the murder of the retarded, or the hospitalized, or the elderly, or Christians, or a second baby. Our "love" degenerates from the unconditional love commanded by God, to the selective "Limited Love" commanded by government, which modifies which group to love and which to hate from one generation to the next!

We cannot trust each other until we are committed to protect all people from Hate Laws, as if our own lives depended on it; so that if the law says to drown every baby in a river of hate, we will build baby boats. (Exodus 1:22-2:4) To receive the favor of God, and the trust of our families, we must be willing, for the sake of the victims, not only to violate Hate Laws, but to lie to Hate Law authorities. (Exodus 1:15-21, Hebrews 11:23-27)

Luke 10:25-37 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? 27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. 28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. 29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour? 30 And Jesus answering said, A certain [man] went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded [him], and departed, leaving [him] half dead. 31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. 32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked [on him], and passed by on the other side. 33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion [on him], 34 And went to [him], and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. 35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave [them] to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee. 36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves? 37 And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise. (KJV)

John 4:9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. (KJV)

Exodus 1:22-2:4 And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive. 2:1 And there went a man of the house of Levi, and took [to wife] a daughter of Levi. 2 And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he [was a] goodly [child], she hid him three months. 3 And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid [it] in the flags by the river's brink. 4 And his sister stood afar off, to wit what would be done to him. (KJV)

Exodus 1:15-21 And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of which the name of the one [was] Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah: 16 And he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see [them] upon the stools; if it [be] a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it [be] a daughter, then she shall live. 17 But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive. 18 And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive? 19 And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women [are] not as the Egyptian women; for they [are] lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them. 20 Therefore God dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty. 21 And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses. (KJV)

Hebrews 11:23-27 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw [he was] a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment. 24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; 25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; 26 Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. 27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. (KJV)

6. Physical action necessary to stop infanticide (which includes abortion according to Psalms 139:13-16, Luke 1:39-44, and Jeremiah 1:5), is just, if not commanded by Proverbs 24:11-12, Luke 10:25-37, and Leviticus 20:1-5.

Does this seem like a serious statement? It is not as serious as abortion. To say abortion is serious enough for us to call it "murder", but not serious enough that we should defy judges who protect it, or that we should use force to prevent it, is doublespeak. It is disingenuous.

The best way to stop aborticide is the least violent way which is still effective. It is still true that 1% of the population, merely blocking abortionist's doors, would be more than police could arrest. But while we are waiting for 1% of the population to take abortion that seriously, we are not taking abortion seriously ourselves, if we condemn those who have stopped particular abortions, by force, which no one else would have stopped.

It is very easy to reject such a statement because it calls upon seemingly puny, weak individuals to provoke their seemingly all-powerful government to wrath. "It is dangerous to be right, when your government is wrong." It is much harder to earn the right to reject such a statement by exposing some flaw of its logic. Even several pro-murder newspaper columnists have recognized that it is illogical to, on the one hand, condemn abortion as premeditated murder, and on the other hand, to condemn those who use whatever force is necessary to stop abortionists, the way anyone would stop any other murderer.

But there is no STAND against Hate Laws where there isn't even a stand for the Truth about them. And there is no STAND for Truth where there is only tolerance of Truth up until the point where acknowledging Truth might incur personal risk. The phrase "Take a Stand" means more than to merely believe some truth. It means to proclaim it even in the face of opposition. Proclaiming a truth only to friends who already agree with you, ("preaching to the choir"), and resuming polite, inoffensive silence at the merest objection, is not, by definition, any kind of "stand", and is universally recognized as cowardice.

That's why it is so crucial for the safety of families and of America to publicly support the use of force to save abortion victims.

* Abortion is the most deadly Hate Law of this century, claiming more innocent victims, worldwide, than the 6 million Jews under Hitler, and the 120 million (mostly Christians) under Communism, combined. Therefore of all issues which mold our love and commitment to the safety of our own family, the most important, the one most pathetically crying out for a stand, is abortion.

* Of all the TRUE statements which can be made about abortion, statements like the one which opens this section most constitute a "stand", since they most undermine the legitimacy of Hate Laws, and most enrage Hate Law bureaucrats.

To condemn any use of force which has actually saved abortion victims proclaims that the (now living) abortion victims who were saved are subhuman, and that Hate Laws regarding abortion are legitimate. To condemn such use of force, while also condemning abortion, is to condemn truth and logic. When logical, reasonable leaders make irrational statements, one searches for an explanation, which may be found in the desire to appease powerful Hate Law bureaucrats. (Galatians 6:12-17)

When family members defend the legitimacy of abortion Hate Laws, they throw family safety, family love, and family unity down the toilet. It is unconvincing to tell your family "maybe abortion is murder, but it is legal, so I will not BREAK THE LAW, but will PRAY, and WAIT FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO CHANGE ITS MIND. But if the government ever tries to legalize killing YOU, you can trust me to protect YOU even if I have to break the law! Which member of your family is so starved for trust they will believe that? Unqualified love can't operate selectively. If you won't take a STAND for millions of neighbors when your stand will cost you little, what metamorphosis is going to make you take a STAND for a few elders, or cripples, or retards, or Alzheimer's victims in your family who are costing your family a lot?

You are not prolife if you affirm every other prolife truth, EXCEPT for that truth which angers Hate Law Bureaucrats: the use of force, to save abortion victims, is just. A stand for Truth must be a stand for The Whole Truth, and Nothing But the Truth, or it is no better than a lie, which likewise is a mixture of truth and error; enough truth being necessary to make errors believable. If you cannot refute the use of force to save abortion victims, you must not condemn it. You must take a stand for it.

Psalm 139:13-16 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. 14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: marvellous [are] thy works; and [that] my soul knoweth right well. 15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, [and] curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all [my members] were written, [which] in continuance were fashioned, when [as yet there was] none of them. (KJV)

Luke 1:39-44 And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda; 40 And entered into the house of Zacharias, and saluted Elisabeth. 41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: 42 And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed [art] thou among women, and blessed [is] the fruit of thy womb. 43 And whence [is] this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? 44 For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy. (KJV)

Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. (KJV)
Proverbs 24:11-12 If thou forbear to deliver [them that are] drawn unto death, and [those that are] ready to be slain; 12 If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider [it]? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth [not] he know [it]? and shall [not] he render to [every] man according to his works? (KJV)

Leviticus 20:15 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever [he be] of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth [any] of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones. 3 And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name. 4 And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not: 5 Then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with Molech, from among their people. (KJV)

Gal 6:12 [The legally protected Sacred Cow today is abortion; then it was circumcision. The text in red is my application of Scripture to today's situation.] As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ. [
Everybody who likes to show off to news reporters condemns the saving of abortion victims by force. Better that than to risk jail for the cross of Jesus Christ!] 13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh. [They don't keep the trillions of federal laws any better than you do, but they urge you to obey the laws against saving abortion victims, so they can brag about what good citizens they are.] 14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. [But God forbid that I should brag about anything other than the most precious thing about Jesus, which the world most vehemently hates: His Cross -- that instrument of saving the helpless, that activity which governments, which prey upon the helpless, suppress! It is for "the least of Jesus' Brethren" (Mat 25) that I accuse pro-murder judges, and they accuse me.] 15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. [For Christ Jesus judges not by the letter of any law, but the spirit of the law.] 16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace [be] on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. [To seek the Spirit of the Law rather than the Letter of the Law is not chaos, but is the true "Rule" of law, which enables men to live in peace, enjoy mercy, and which returns a nation to God.] 17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. [My "criminal record", courtesy of pro-murder judges, does not trouble me, for it is my Certificate of Obedience to the Lord Jesus!]

7. Obedience to God's Laws cannot rationally be called "taking the law into your own hands". Rather, (as is becoming obvious to a critical mass of Americans,) those "taking the law into their own hands" in this generation are the majority of American judges, who rule with scorn for the U.S. Constitution -- not to mention God's Laws!

The most peaceful and orderly remedy for their murderous "judicial activism" is impeachment. We thank God for those few, in Congress, working towards this remedy. But until a majority of Congress has the will to remove this cancer, we will continue to thank God, also, for those few, outside Congress, willing to obey God's Laws despite prosecution, by lawless judges abetted by cowardice in Congress.

Only hypocrites treat the champions of God's Laws as if they were criminals, while treating lawless, murderous judges as if they were law-abiding citizens!

Only hypocrites spend great energy self-righteously calling for strong laws against the slightest physical measures to rescue the innocent unborn, but spend no energy calling for impeachment of judges guilty of flagrant violations of the Constitution, and of incessant attacks on the foundation of all law and order: the Fear of God!

If society cannot tell a mother to love her very own child rather than kill it, how can society tell others not to kill each other? [Mother Theresa] If judges will not even obey the Laws of God, how can we be surprised that they disregard the laws of men? If they say the Bible is 'irrelevant', how can we be surprised that they say the Constitution happens to be "growing" in whatever direction they dictate?

Congressmen make themselves hypocrites when they vote to murder millions of partially born babies, and then self righteously vote severe criminal penalties for lesser crimes (terrorism, for example) than they have just committed! [Not that the murder of a 9-month-old unborn child is more deadly than the murder of a 2-month-old unborn child. But when a Congressman defends the murder of a 9-month-old unborn child, it is much harder for him to say he didn't know he was voting to kill a baby.]

Unbelievers: fear for your own safety, if God's love cannot motivate you! You know better! You know about The Book which is the most published, the most widely read, the most influential in politics, society, and law, of any in all human history! You know it offers to light your escape route from Hell into Heaven! You know about the large body of scientific literature concerning tests of those of The Book's claims which are humanly testable, literature which can help you test its claims of Divine Authorship. How can you be so indifferent to your own fate that you will not even read it?! How can you walk along a cliff and care so little, whether you fall, that you arrogantly claim the right to keep your eyes shut if you so "choose"?! How long can you remain so foolish that you will neglect this inquiry; so irrational that you will prefer "religions" which have withstood no scientific scrutiny whatsoever?!

Politicians and judges who think the Holy Word of God IRRELEVANT to your deliberations: it is your own deliberations, without support in the Word of God, which are irrelevant! Because God enforces His law, and the whole world has seen how poorly you enforce your own law! You cannot deliver us from God, should we obey you instead of God! But God can, and may, deliver us from your courts, if we obey Him. But even if God calls us to suffer at your hands, (Daniel 3:16-18) we know God's rewards are better than yours, and regardless of what you say, we know who the real lawbreakers are. (Matthew 10:28, Acts 5:29)

Daniel 3:16-18 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we [are] not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17 If it be [so], our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver [us] out of thine hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. (KJV)

Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (KJV)

Mark 8:38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. (KJV)

God has made all mankind a family, physically related through Noah, with God as physical Head of the Household. But most of the family is running away from home, running from the offer of spiritual, eternal relationship. Love, as offered by God, is more than a warm fuzzy emotion: it realizes that the Paradise for which we long is the health of the Whole Family, the Body of which we are members. Just as every cell in our bodies will die if a few cells are not willing to die to save the rest, even so Jesus calls us to the Cross as the door to Heaven!

Do not let your heart grow so hard that you will actually choose hell! Choose Life!

Thomas Jefferson, 1781: God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed the only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people, that these liberties are a gift of God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever.

Luke 19:39-40 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples. 40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. (KJV)

Matthew 10:26-27 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. 27 What I tell you in darkness, [that] speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, [that] preach ye upon the housetops. (KJV)
